Is there an extension or plugin that the admin is able to delete the user's posts and to banned that user using a button from his user's profile page ??

It will be useful for banning a spammer, so it will be easy for admins to banned and delete all of spammer's post without going to Admin Panel..

I already installed that plugin to my MyBB forum, but still, the spammers are able to spam to my forum..
