Guys why I am getting sometimes this problem, I press post reply "quick reply form" but the reply ain't showing when I press post reply again error pops up saying that the reply has been already posted!! The reply shows after refreshing!
Can be this caused by the server???

though it is possible due to server glitch, which editor you are using - do you have any custom editor for quick reply

No I use everything default. For the past 20 days my server give me really hard time, SQL errors, site slowness and sometimes when I post thread before friendly redirect message I get SQL error. I mean it's crazy!!!
