So earlier today i was editing my groups and i was on my admin group editing my admincp and i accidently unchecked the admincp and updated and now i cant get in how do i recheck that through configs or mysql?

Run in PHPMyAdmin:

UPDATE mybb_usergroups SET cancp=1 WHERE gid=4.
