I have noticed that when admins are ignored, they still can send PMs to user, but at the same times supermoderators cant.

Is it justed "Access to ACP" that makes the difference?

Noone on staff should be ignorable.

Can send private messages even if recipients have them disabled? --> this is a group based permission
available at Users and Permissions tab of the group settings. you can set it for super moderators, moderators
and any other specific user groups

Thank you. I must update my forum. Who knows what else I am missing as this problem is solved with 1.6.5 udpate.
