Someone accessed my admincp no idea how, there are only two admins that have access, and it came from a extremely different IP.
It accessed it without a account, since there was no name on who entered.

How were you able to see who went into the AdminCP then if there was no username?

You should protect your ACP by IP. We'll need logs from MyBB, and your web server to be able to properly judge. Please provide us with as much information as possible, such as weather or not you're on shared hosting, MyBB version, number of administrators with ACP access, etc.
