Hello there

Here is a picture of mybb forum admin panel

the forum tab gone I unable to add or create forums or edit them

Some thing happened but I do not know how to fix it

I am stuck

my forum url is http://testsite123456789.site50.net and hosted on 000webhost

I can previde admin account and ftp settings so you can help sort out issue

sorry but I unable to solve this I need to be able to edit and create forums etc it use to be there on the forum

take a look at he pic to see what I mean the tab forum & posts is gone




Could some one please help me if you can I need to fix it ASAP

I recently uploaded cloudflare and mytabs and admin panel pin it could be I made mistake so where

would love to get some support I do not want to lose all my stuff on forum and reinstall mybb as I taken ages to get it right

I will provided ftp settings and admin user to person if they can help

Hmm weird, never thought this could happen.

While I'm not sure how to fix this, you can try this to create forums:

Login to your Admin CP. Once you've logged in, add this after yourdomain.com:

/admin/index.php?module=forum

when logged in the quick access add new forum

it goes to http://testsite123456789.site50.net/admi...action=add


and it blank and nothing appears mmm I stumped any one want admin details so you can see it for your self

the forum never auto backup

forumotion provided auto backup of forums if any thing went wrong

I really do not want to lose the hard work put on to this forum

edit take a look at this example pic of what I talking about that is gone off my forum



this page / tab I used to have but how do I fix it and get it back err I so sad I really need access to that section asap

(note pic above is not my forum it example I found to show what I mean to you)

I will provide test account to user to access admin panel and I will all so give him the ftp settings and he can use it to see what is wrong on forum

I sorry to hear what happened on your forum I hope a user can help you out asap

as you said you do not want to start again on your forum your forum is looking good pitty it not working like you want it to may the best for you and hope you get your support soon

The problem is in the forum admin panel the forum & posts is disappeared and I am unable to create forums / sections on forum I have lost access to the section

I looking for help I need to get it restored and fixed ASAP as I promised to users that a new section is coming out and i unable to do it

I will take any advice i can as any support is better then none

AS happy123 said I really do not want to created a new forum and lose all my hard work I really in need to restore this

check two things and update here.....

1. Goto Admin CP >> Users & Groups >> Admin Permissions >> Click on your name >> Forums & Posts >> check all permissions set to Yes

2. After logging in to the ACP visit, http://yourforum.com/admin/index.php?module=forum and check what you get
