Just as it says, the forum's time is behind by 13 minutes. So I'm pretty sure it's not a time zone problem. I'm using v 1.6.8. I've also attached a screencap to show you what I mean.

All my clocks are showing (x):10, while it's showing (x-1):57. What could the problem be?

I think it goes off of your server time? Check on your server, if it's not a VPS / dedicated system ask your host to check into it.

Update your forum, 1.6.8 is outdated and contains security vulnerabilities.

Yeah it just uses PHP time which is based off server time, the time on the server will need re-syncing.
