Would someone be able to make a mod/plugin that requires a minumum number of posts to access certain forums? Have it as one of the setup options in the Admin Forum Management section.

I saw the other threads about editing global.php, but its not what I need and I have too many users to create a new group and manually edit all of them.

I tried that and got this error. Any ideas?
