Guys I need a plugin that displays Avatars in Threadlist but doesn't add extra queries. I have seen very good plugins that work great but add a lot of queries.

There is no plugin that doesn't add queries. Only query core edit would be able to do that.
This uses minimal amount of queries though: https://github.com/TommM/flpavatar
I think it's 1 for first and last post avatars in all threads. You need to enable it in General Configuration (checkboxes) and add code to templates manually - everything you need to add is on the linked page.
