Would like a real estate site built using a CMS (like Word Press or JOOMLA like) that allows owners and realtors to post properties for a fee. I have pretty good documentation, some thawd and a few WP templates. Don't have a ton of money, but have some.

Am hoping someone has the skills and willingness to help. Please PM me.
