Hi all , Okay so i need a Designer since i dont have the time to design a web

( college ) So i'm looking for a good one that will make a design for me and of course im not looking for a free service, he will get paid

This guy got me to do a job recently. I had 80% of the job completed and he chargedback on paypal. Think twice before you do anything for this guy.
