I am about to transfer a freeware site to mybb and do not want all the posts to be from the one date, since they are not... so How would I omit the post date on mybb?

You may remove {$post['postdate']}, {$post['posttime']} from postbit and postbit_classic templates.

Unfortunately this did not change anything I did it exactly as you suggested .. however the image thing worked as a charm. I changed it in both postbit and postbit_classic templates.
