how can I prevent users to register to forum by putting their email address as username?
You could look for a plugin that only allows alpha numeric characters to be used.
ACP > Configuration > General Configuration > at last you will see Allowed Login Methods select it to Username Only

He means, users register with their email address as their name. He doesn't mean log in
Thank you, I have resolved with "Banning usernames" in ACP. In don't allow username, I have added for example:
*@live.com
*@gmail.com
*@hotmail.com
ecc
Seems works for now
You could just ban *@* to disallow all usernames from containing the @ symbol.

Ah, didn't think of that. You may want to consider editing the error message for disallowed usernames, to include the fact that you are not allowed to register using your email address.
