I want to upgrade from 1.6.5 to 1.6.11 pls do i need to delete the old script or i'll upload the new version to public_html to combind with the hold one?

Make sure you use the full files package since you're upgrading from a version that is more than 1 different.
Help when i upload the full files to public.html it form 2 diretry 'Documentation' and 'Upload' what next?
^ you have to upload the contents of upload folder - not the upload folder itself
then run the upgrade script by visiting your-forum-URL/install/upgrade.php
What of the files in 'documentation' will i upload them?

The files are not moving in to public_html am using ftp > should i remove the old script?

privileges for the ftp account ? please contact your web host and ask for checking
yes MYBB Was installed to public_html pls if i don't like to upgrade again hope nothing will happen to my site in future?
