Hi,
I'd like a quote on a plugin to be made.
The plugin will allow users to bet between themselves.
The users will add their bets to a custom page.
For example a user may want to bet 500 of his points.
That bet is then added to a list of all available bets.
Other users can "challenge" this bet and accept it.
When this happens the system randomly chooses a winner.
90% of the total pot is given to the winner and 10% is removed from forum.
IE if both users bet 500 points, then the winner gets 900 points and 100 points are removed.
Users have option to accept other peoples' bets or add their own.
Full logging of this gambling (amounts & who wins) must be available in the ACP.
