I just ran the upgrade to 1.6.11 and now in my ACP I am getting the error: /home1/******/public_html/*********/inc/languages/english/admin/uqm.lang.php does not exist
when I try to click on Plugins. That file above does exist, and I even tried deleting it and uploading it again, but it did not help.
I am somewhat computer illiterate, so some very detailed advice on what I need to do would be very helpful to me.
