hey i saw my settings.php file got everything 2 times and if i edit 1 thing its not working so maybe it will cause problem coz in admin cp there is every settings 2 times so help me

i cant login now but other members can and when i do lost password it says permission denied

^ suggested methods do not have anything to disable your login!
