I have a main site and then a Button to the Forum, however that's set to go to .co.uk/forum - However the forum itself is .co.uk/forum/index.php
How can I change the forum to just say /Forum?

are you referring to link through logo of forum or is it a top link on the forum (along with search, calendar .. etc)
in any case, you have to edit the links in
header template of the theme

I mean, I have a main site (Not the forum) and then a button to /forum - which is where I want the forum to be. But the forum is actually on /forum/index.php - How do I edit it so it is only on .co.uk/forum without the /index.php
