Well, my customer asked me to design him a theme.. He didn't have anything on his mind what to put on it, so he asked me to convert toolbase.me theme to mybb. Well I accepted it, and started working on it

Cart3r can you give is a link to the original theme? Looks good though man. I would suggest you trying to use font-awesome for icons instead of images.

Recently used fa-4 they changed a bit since fa-3 on my icons and forums and it looks classy.

If he doesn't use any images or code from the other theme, he can create whatever he want. Nevermind if it looks like the other theme.
