I installed modernvb style to my web www.tuxedogamers.com (please visit it so you can see by yourself) you will se facebook, twitter, etc icons but how do I link them with my actual facebook pages

sorry for bad english I just want to make those icons to redirect to my own pages

if you are referring to the fixed links at the right side then they are located in footer template of the theme
admin panel >> templates >> modernvb templates >> footer templates >> footer
