So I installed this mod :

I uploaded the file in the correct directory and I configured the Donation Page Settings and everything as the manual said but I cant see the button in my website : tuxedogamers.com (main page) or tuxedogamers.com/index.php
I cant see the button in the header, they said "You can find the donation_page template in Global templates." , but I cant find it, where is it and what do I edit so it shows in my portal or forum
