How would I go about putting up custom tabs for "specific forums" like in the screen shot provided below?

http://mybbplug.in/s/thread-mytabs-v1-32 is a plugin that should add that functionality.

I have heard that there have been security related issues with this plugin. I believe the newest version is secure, but I would do your own research on that before you take my word on it.
