I know that in order to change it I have to upload my new logo but where can I see the logo specifications? I mean the font size, or the size of the logo

in general, forum logo is a image and it is set through theme properties.
admin panel >> themes >> Royal Past theme --> scroll down for Board Logo
--> location of the forum logo image used in the theme

yeah but where I find the size of my logo or the font so I can edit it with photoshop
^ well, you can make a new logo image with whatever size you want and whatever font that pleases your eyes !
(logo image --> preferable height : less than 200px and preferable width : less than 960px)
