There isn't an IRC bot that posts on a channel when a new post is made, but there is a IRC bot which has several features to do with MyBB.

You could always just make the bot check the "View New Content" page and see if there are any new posts/topics (if something gets shifted up on that list or something new appears). I'm not sure what language you are looking for this to be programmed in however so I can't really say anything more than that.
