I'm using mybb as a real estate discussion forum. I would like to add a sentence with each new thread/new reply/ quick reply globally. For example with each post/reply a fixed sentence like "when you call to inquire please mention that you have seen the listing on mywebsite.com". It would be okay even if it can be achieved through a fixed signature and disabling the actual signature functionality. Can anyone help?
