199 is the post id, and its dynamic

am on Linux system, and i deleted my old website,
my old database converted to the new one.
i keep my post with Same ID
for example in my old database i have post ( title 1 ) with id = 1
in my new i also have post with id = 1 ( title 1 )

so in case someone have access to old url, i need to redirect him to the new one
