Hello There

I Just tried logging in to the Admin panel on my mybb Forum

it says


This account has been locked out
Your account is currently locked out after failing to login 5 times. You have been sent an email with instructions on how to unlock your account.

I check the email that with my account and I have gotten no email

How am I suppose to get in know since I am locked out
