As you can see I'm working on World of Warcraft theme for MyBB.

Too much grunge. It's loses the warcraft feel and some readability because of it.

It does look pretty decent, but as Alex said there's a bit too much grunge.

Make everything not filled up transparent instead of black and add huge background image that either goes down with you or hops along as you scroll.
