So I used a template found on here, and the profile trow is all the way to the left. I want to know how to center it properly. When I attempt to expand the trow, it expands the table as well.

And how are we supposed to know that without seeing the HTML/CSS either posted by you, or viewable through the source of your site? By viewing the screen, I can only guess you need to add
style="text-align: right;"/
align="right" to the left <td> of the main <table>.

in the modified code wherever you have table width="40%" , change it to table width="100%" and check if it resolves.
