Need help editing two colors I have on my forum.

I want to change that out of place purple looking border to a light grey. Where can I find the code to edit this at?
Also, I would like to change the text color of 'Important Threads' and 'Normal Threads' to a different color and add a boldness to them.

Here's my solution:
I went through the global.css and found that what I was looking to edit was under the label class="trow_sep".
From there, I was able to edit all of the colors using HEX color codes.
