Tried attaching something, clicked "Add Attachment", it does not update I guess is the way to describe it. It almost looks like all I did was refresh the page when I browsed, selected and attempted to add my attachment.
Permissions for the upload folder are 666, I have no idea what the problem is.
Please assist.

So it doesn't show you the attachment in the list near the browse button?
What about any errors at the top of the page or above the posting form?

Anyway, tried CHMODDING Uploads folder and attachment.php to 777, no change.

Ironically, I'm getting the same problem here. The PDF I was trying to attach wasn't at all damaged or corrupted.

Please check the max_post_size and upload_max_filesize settings in the phpinfo file. The maximum size of uploads the server here supports is 2M, so that's why it doesn't work here.
