How to upload backup?

Using this process you can restore any of the SQL backups created by MyBB.

Can you teach me with simple words? I could'nt understand what it said i did download the bigdump how do i use it?


Edit: when i try will FTP and try to put the backup at the back folder it says tranfer failed?

Where are you getting upload via FTP? Are you trying to upload your backup or are you trying to import it?

Now i have uploaded the backup at the backup directory, but when i click at the "Existing Backups" it says "There are currently no existing database backups stored in the MyBB backups directory."

Ok.. For what purpose are you uploading the file to the backup directory? That won't accomplish much, is the purpose to restore your database?
