Is there any "Choose a License" plugin for MyBB?

When not... Lets develope such plugin. Here is my idea:

When people will upload their attachment, their will
choose CC license+"All Rights Reserved" license from small menu...

MENU will look like this:
CC Attribution 3.0 - Unported
CC Attribution - NonCommercial 3.0 Unported
CC Attribution - NoDerivs 3.0 Unported
CC Attribution - NonCommercial - NoDerivs 3.0 Unported
CC Attribution - ShareALike 3.0 Unported
CC Attribution - NonCommercial - ShareALike 3.0 Unported
All Rights Reserved

And after that, there will be red text with license "License:...." under every attachment download button (choosen from that little menu).



This will be ideal for all music forums, forums for artists and creative people (musicians, writers, painters, photographers, coders...).
So people will owns their work...
