Not sure if I am missing anything our what but I done everything I could to check out my theme you can go to

simcityblog.org to see what the issues are. I hope someone can help me if possible.

add /nova to the path of your theme's image directory. it should be http://img.icyboards.com/simcityblog/nova/nova

ah thanks but there still a few icons missing as you can tell you have to register to find out what I'm missing on the page but your thing worked

^ you need to check sub-folders contents of nova theme. (eg. /nova/nova/english/ should consist of some images)
