here's my issue: When I make a thread there's no option to edit the text font/color/size etc., here's a picture to help you understand

Are the editor features available when you reply to a thread? If not, enable JavaScript in you browser and check, if the JavaScript-File ROOT/jscripts/editor.js exists on your server.

jQuery conflict for sure - it's loaded 2 times and in wrong places. Show your headerinclude.
