Is it possible to view who rated a thread?

I remember something of that sort a long time ago but not sure if it was a plugin. Any way of pulling it and checking?

I don't know of any plugin but it certainly could be made. The information you seek is stored as is made evident by the fact that you cannot vote twice-- if you are unfamiliar with php/SQL then it wouldn't be of much benefit to you for me to list the method I can see as feasible to display those stats.

Well a plugin would be nice if made but I was talking about if it's a core feature. Like how you can view who posted with the /misc.php?action=whoposted

No. It isn't a core feature afaik.
