whene I transolate all my cp to arabic I get this.

Ok, I slove it here, But the title Encoding in the ACP still error
sloved, I slove all of it, but It's unable to edit this filed " MyBB Administration " in the ACP index file, Is that a bug? because it's all work great but when I transolate this filed it's break the acp title encoding.
