Hi!

How do I upgrade from 1.6.10 to 1.6.11 without loosing my users, plugins, usergroups, post, threads, categories and forums.

Use the normal upgrade process. Make backups just in case, but you won't lose anything if you do it correctly.

Backup everything before upgrade ideally do it first on test or localhost forum
