I am a newbie ... can anyone tell me how to install that plugin ? There is no instructions with the download ...Tnx

extract the zip file in your computer - if you are using ftp client (eg. filezilla) then you can drag and
drop inc folder of the plugin extracted to the root folder of your forum's files server. or you can find
reqapproval.php file and upload it to ./inc/plugins folder of your forum's files server.
