MyBB Community Forums - Show Addition userbar

So I found the mod
http://mods.mybb.com/view/additional-groups-images-2

But it says there is 2 files

Upload agi.php to ./inc/plugins
Chmod ./inc/functions_post.php to 777

when I upload agi.php to /inc/plugins and active I get an error message

It does not show the user, on the Show Team list
