I really like this theme but i don't know if its safe or not? can anyone clarify?

This is a ripped premium theme from XronizeForums. You could get into trouble using it.
I don't even know why it's there.

You can use another MyBB theme there was a lot quantity and some are good xD.

This theme i don't know it, but if Spark tolds this, maybe you have to go with care.

But when you upload an xml MyBB tolds if theme it's or not sure to use, at least on MyBB 1.6.10 and 1.6.11 have this improvement and you can check it or verify your templates for many bad code instead.

WOW that is amazing why MYBB staff allow illegal themes I thought that all the themes here http://mods.mybb.com/themes are cool and legal guess I was wrong. Please MYBB staff only allow original themes that will not get people into trouble that is my advice!

I'm wondering why they approved it. This theme is definitely made by Dynaxel and was the official theme of XronizeForums. After they closed the forum the theme went into others hands in now everyone is using the theme.

Not much that can really be done, now that it was released here, other them Dynaxel pursuing them.

I imagine it was probably some mistake on their part to allow it.
