Is there a modification code that lets users disable their reputation (without losing their reputation points)?
Not sure if this is already a feature, but how do you let a user see their reputation points and why they got good/bad reputation (in the UserCP)?

This can be done in the Admin CP. I dont think you loose any points if you want to start up the reputation again. But for single users, no, they can't currently disable seperate reputations.

Go to the User CP, and find them under Brief Account Summary. It tells you if its good or bad, the post that was used for giving a rep point, date the rep was received, and any comments the user wish's to give.
For it to show though, you need atleast one repuation point by any user on the board, good or bad
