As you can see I have some critical problems with 4 files.
Portal.php is modified because I use ProPortal, so I think it's normal that it shows it "modified". The other three I don't know why they are modified.
Is it possibile to download again these files to reupload on my root and resolve problems?

if you are using Google SEO plugin then functions.php file is modified by it

you can rename the other two files and add fresh files from MyBB source files package
