Well i was wondering if i could put javascript code on creating an new template and then insert it on other template?

I mean

Admin->themes&templates->templates->your template->add template (with name: javacode.js)

And then over there i will add the javascript code and i want in an other template called header to insert that template called (javacode.js)

if you dont understand on something let me know i did not knew how better i could say this

I just want to add a javascript code on the templates instead of going on server files / js folder.

you can add required javascript code directly in the headerinclude template or footer template.
