hello guys,
i want to know how can i make a button same as admincp but like

My own url and i want to allow that only to admin and mod group so how can i add a link to navigation only for admins and mods?

code added in header_welcomeblock_member_moderator template is visible only to moderators and administrators

or you can use template conditionals plugin and add whatever you want for the specific groups
