My forum goes every second time in to some weird state. It doesn't show what it's supposed to show, but instead goes in to somewhat text forum. It's without images and it's really disturbing. I've attached images to show you it.

^ have you tried visiting your forum with another browser (eg. firefox, IE, Opera, Safari ..)
Yes, it happens over there as well.
^ not sure - can you check subfolders of
./cache/themes - are they also writable (
CHMOD 777)
You can also try going to Admin CP > Template & Style > Your Theme > open up global.css & hit save and try that.
