I uploaded everything with filezilla and am now tring to do the install process. I get a 403 error whenever I try to click next after accessing leakers.net/install I chomed everything and I tried adding in .htacess files as well and I am still getting that error. Any help would be great. Thanks.

check again if all the files are uploaded to correct locations - you should be able to use sync feature of filezilla
