One of my member said that every time he replies to a topic, the screen freezes? How can I help him?

give forum URL and test user account. also which browser (& its version) the user is using ?
are you using any special editor (eg. SCeditor) for the forum and do users have choice to select the editor ?
How many users are saying this? Is it just him?
Inquire the user a bit more... Ask him how it freezes? Is it a blank screen? Does it not load? Does his browser provide any sort of information? If so, is there an error or warning message from the browser? Does he have this issue with just your website, or others?
We are just using the standard editor. I've also had it freeze up on me a couple times.
