Well i don't really know how to explain the problem since i don't know how it happend but oh well the link for a picture

Any way i could fix this or i have to reinstall everything since i got gamerz elite theme & just added my shoutbox.

admin panel >> templates >> your gamerz elite theme templates >> Member Templates >> member_register

find {$captcha} and replace it with {$hiddencaptcha} - save the template and check if the issue gets resolved
