Guys where can I find COPPA Compliance templates? My intention is to remove all the COPPA text!
ACP > Configuration > Settings > User Registration and Profile Options >COPPA Compliance > Disable this feature

Sorry, you just said you wanted to remove the COPPA wording. If you want to repurpose it then you need to edit the language files mostly
The template is member_coppa_form
The language file is member.lang.php and find all the "coppa_" items, there are several of them
